| Failure to Publicly Announce, Educate, Inform, and create an Awareness for the Public about these potential Hazardous chemicals and toxins |
| Failure to Understand the Risk, Hazards, and Environmental Damage causations before Allowing Solar Farms to be built on the East End of Long Island |
| Failure to Hold Enough Town Meetings to warn the people about potential Health Risks from the Solar Farms |

| Those Individuals on the Town Boards who are profiting in any way (including side deals and contracts) from this negligence will be held accountable |
| Media has turned a Blind Eye and have not been doing their duty to research and protect the local citizens from these Very Real Potential Hazards |
